What to Expect:
Initial Consultation
We begin with a relaxed, no-pressure consultation where we explore your vision, style, and wedding details. This meeting is an opportunity to see if we’re a good fit for each other. After the consultation, we’ll provide a estimate based on our initial discussions and inspiration photos provided.
Booking & Retainer
After you decide that we’re the right choice for your wedding or event, we’ll move forward with securing your date through a signed contract and retainer. This step ensures that your estimate is locked in and your spot on our calendar is reserved.
Mood Board Creation
Once you’re officially booked, we’ll get to work on a detailed mood board that brings your floral vision to life. This board will guide the overall aesthetic and design direction for your wedding florals.
Design Consultation
As the wedding date approaches, we’ll schedule a Design Consultation—typically 45–90 days before the event. By this time, we’ll have a clearer picture of your final headcount and any additional details. During this consultation, we refine the design, making any necessary adjustments to ensure everything is perfect.
Final Preparations
During the weeks leading up to your wedding or event, we’ll finalize all the details, ensuring that every floral element aligns with your vision and the mood board. We’ll stay in close contact to address any last-minute changes or updates.
Execution
On your Big Day, our team will take care of everything, from delivery to set up, ensuring that your florals are flawlessly executed. We’ll work closely with your planner and venue to create a seamless experience.
Post-Event
After your celebration, we handle the breakdown and removal of all floral installations, allowing you to enjoy your day without any concerns. *Optional.

- Due to the nature of working with live products, Impekable Flowers reserves the right to make floral substitutions as necessary. Please understand that we are working with a natural product that is subject to weather conditions and availability. The photos shown are a representation of how the arrangements will look but actual designs are dependent on the artistic interpretation of the designer.
- Impekable Flowers is not responsible for the condition of the flowers after they are delivered. We always make it our goal to make sure the blooms are at their best before they leave our shop. We include care instructions in your confirmation email to help our clients keep the arrangements in top condition.
At checkout, you can choose to pick up the flowers or have them delivered to the venue of your choice. You may pick up the flowers at our shop in DeLand at no additional cost. We recommend picking up the day of your wedding/event to ensure the freshest blooms possible.
We deliver to Central Florida and surrounding areas. Delivery fees start at $50 depending on the location (based on exact mileage). All deliveries include one location drop-off service only. Additional locations will incur additional fees. If you choose to have your flowers delivered, we will send you a link to pay for the delivery fee once your order has been placed. Delivery fees must be paid 1 week in advance. If the delivery fee is not paid by then, the order will be changed to a pick-up and will be available at our shop. We do not ship or deliver wedding flowers outside of Central Florida and surrounding areas at this time.
If you need to cancel for whatever reason, you may do so 4 weeks before your event. All refunds will be subject to a $100 change order fee. No refunds will be given once the deadline has passed. Due to the volume of orders we process weekly, all non-floral related changes (i.e. delivery location, delivery time, delivery payments, and pick-up dates/times) will be due 2 weeks before the event. Changes to the above items will not be allowed after the 2-week deadline has passed.
