We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your date and begins the design process. For rescheduling, we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on our availability.

How do you handle payment and contracts?

A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of $500 are required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the wedding. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, bank transfers, and checks.

Do you provide setup and breakdown services on the wedding day?

Yes, our team will handle the complete setup and installation of all florals on your wedding day, ensuring every detail is perfect. After the event, we also take care of breakdown and removal, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Yes, we understand that wedding plans can evolve. You can make adjustments to your floral order up to 60 days before the wedding. After this time, we will have already begun sourcing and preparing the flowers, so changes may be limited.

What happens to the flowers after the wedding?

After your celebration, you have the option to keep the flowers or donate them to a local charity or hospital. We can also assist in arranging for guests to take home centerpieces or bouquets if desired.
